We are proud to introduce you to our best Spanish Chorizo. Imperial is a non heat-treated pork sausage, using only the best Spanish paprika (authentic pimenton from Spain), garlic and spices. All of the meat's characteristics and flavors are uniquely preserved through natural production methods.
We slow cure our Chorizos for over 5 weeks, allowing all of the ingredients to season slowly, to produce Imperial: The authentic taste of old Spain Imperial chorizo.
The peppers, carefully selected, are subjected to the traditional drying process of La Vera which is different from that used in other paprika production zones. The peppers are dehydrated and smoked with oak wood until the ideal degree of drying is achieved. After milled the paprika is ready for being used by the salami and sausage industry.

Delicious chorizo made in upstate New York by Imperial Chorizo, which hired a sausage maker from the Extremadura region of Spain to make the sausage in the traditional style of his hometown and only from traditional natural ingredients, including the finest imported Spanish paprika.
For its elaboration we use the finest pork meat. This selection is undoubtedly what makes our product the highest nutritional value and unique flavour.
